All items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition with packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Non-returnable items include: personal care products, hygiene items, undergarments, consumables, and customized/personalized items.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:

Inspection & Approval – Once received, the item will be inspected. You will then be notified if your return/exchange is approved.
Refunds

Please note that shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

In cases where payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges

Customers may exchange an item for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability).

If the requested item for exchange is unavailable, customers may choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Exchange requests must also be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Please provide photos/videos of the defective product when contacting support.
Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
